Thinking Outside the Toybox: Spector Chiropractic Starts a New Holistic Parenting Group
Everyone has an opinion on how you should raise your children – from your best friend, to your pediatrician, to your own mother every advice-giver claims to know best. But what about your own natural parenting instincts? What about the research that you’ve done to support your choices for your kids? All of that shouldn’t be ignored – it deserves to be supported. And, for those of you with questions about parenting issues, you need a safe space to be able to find out the facts.
That’s where Spector Chiropractic’s new group “Thinking Outside the Toybox” comes in! Led by Dr. Pamela Woodward, a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association with over 100 hours of post-graduate coursework in pediatric wellness and chiropractic, this group aims to be an environment for discussion of various issues that parents are confronted with every day, from attachment parenting, to dietary choices, to extended breastfeeding, and so much more.
Meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of the month, beginning on September 17th, 2013. They will last from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM. All interested parties are encouraged to call or email ahead to reserve a seat, as space is limited! Children are, as always, welcome. Bring a snack and a friend and come discuss whatever parenting topics are on your mind!
Brought to you by Spector Chiropractic, your Baltimore Chiropractor, and your Towson Chiropractor
